It is very common for us all to experience some sort of pressure at some point in our lives. This is common because we are all human and because it is a part of dealing with our emotions. It is also important to keep in mind that children can go through stress as well, and that we need to teach them how to cope with this stress the best way possible. If you notice that your children have been feeling more stressed lately, it is important that you take the time to really talk to them and find out why they have been feeling this way. Although stress is normal, a child should not be feeling this every single day. A good way to help your child through this is by drawing or writing down how they are feeling. You guys can also watch movies together, play or simply walk at the park. There are times when children just need your time and attention and that is sufficient for them to feel better right away. Take the time to notice any change that your child is going through so that you can help them out and reassure them that everything will be just fine.
