A hygiene chart can be very useful for anyone but especially for mothers who have children who like to get out of showers or brushing their teeth. This chart runs Sunday through Saturday and has an added column for the points that they receive over the week. There is also a column that is for the description of the activity that you want them to complete. It has room for eleven different activities. There are a lot of different activities that you can put on these charts. Depending on how old your children are and what their needs are, that will determine what you need to write down on their charts. A good one for anyone would be brushing their teeth and hair. Then, if they like showers, write that down. If they prefer baths, then have that on your chart. After you have the basics down, then you can add more specialized tasks. If your child has long hair, maybe you can try to braid it once a week. It all depends on you and your child's lifestyle. There is also a place where your child can write their name. By writing their name and designing their own chart, they will have a be more motivated to complete it.
