Progress Charts for Kids

Progress Charts for Kids

Print this chart

When a parent or a teacher wants to get a child to complete a goal or do something that takes several steps, it can be very difficult to keep that child on track and not get distracted by other children or by a TV. With these progress charts, any child can have a simple way of tracking the progress on a project or doing something simple like chores. Every time a step is completed the child will see that it is marked down on the progress chart for each step of the way. One of the best things about these progress charts is that at the end of all the steps a parent or teacher can easily put a reward for completing the goal or project. For example, this reward might be candy or extra recess time to be with friends. Notes can also be added for the progress chart such as words of encouragement or tips and tricks for the child to progress through the chart more easily. This progress chart is especially good for the classroom. Any teacher can use it to make sure the children know what you be doing on a project or on an assignment. Use this progress chart whenever a child needs to be taught how to do something.
