Practice Chart for Clarinet

Practice Chart for Clarinet

Print this chart

As a child, it is important that there is some structure in their daily life. One way that some parents keep their child's life would be by encouraging them to take up an instrument. An easy and affordable instrument that many kids take up would be the clarinet. It is relatively affordable and doesn't take up as much space as a piano or guitar. However, it is important that they have a way to stay accountable when it comes to practicing their instrument. With a practice chart, you and your child know exactly when they practice. This chart has five different rows for five weeks. Then, there are columns for every day of the week. In these columns, you will assign your child points for how often they practice their instrument. These points can be tallied up weekly or every other week. Then, you can let them exchange these points for a fun activity or a new toy. Your child will be more motivated to practice their instrument if they know that there is a reward in sight. On this chart, there is also a section for notes. So, if your child has a recital or performance coming up, it can be put on the chart.
