Children that are learning a musical instrument need a healthy dose of both discipline and inspiration. It is even better if they can get a little structure to go with that. This is where the music practice reward tracking chart for use with the recorder will come in handy. Now there is a simple to use tool that is able to be printed right off of the internet. This tool is capable of giving the child that is learning a musical instrument an intuitive way to track their musical development. This allows the, to see the hard work pay off in real time. Across the course of a months time they will enter the total number of hours spent for each day into each cell on the chart. They will reward a certain number of reward points for every hour spent practicing. At the end of every week is space that will hold the weekly total of points earned and one for the total weekly hours of practice. At the end of the month the child can take all of the weekly totals and add them together to get the total number of points for the month and the total number of hours spent practicing for the month.
