The teenage years are some of the most difficult years of nearly everyone's life. With all of the hormonal and body changes that are going on, it can be easy for any teen to feel down. That is where exercise comes into play. Exercise is a great way to feel and look great. Both of these things are important to teenagers. While your teenager doesn't need to be in the gym seven days a week, it wouldn't hurt if they did become more physically active. Having a chart is a great way to keep your teenager motivated and wanting to do more. This chart has a spot for every day of the week. However, they don't need to work out every day of the week if they do not want to. If they play sports, their activity chart may fill up rather quickly. However, if they aren't a fan of sports or exercising, it may be a bit trickier. You should not force your teenager to exercise but with a chart, it might encourage them. There is a spot where you can tally points as well. You could use these points as a reward. For example, if they get so many points, you could get them some new clothes or a new game.
