A reward system is highly effective as it gets a child involved with tracking their progress and provides them with a desired reward if they achieve the behavior or task being requested. Reward charts and reward systems work best when kids are involved in selecting the reward. Some suggestions for behavior rewards include award certificates, a sleepover with a friend or any of the great educational toys and games in our store. Using reward charts for school related activities, such as reading, doing homework, and achieving good grades, is very effective with helping a child to achieve academic success. Some great student rewards that you can offer include books, a new backpack and being a parent volunteer in the classroom. Reward charts are an effective positive parenting tool.
