Did you ever have a dream journal growing up? If you did have one, you probably already know about how exciting and fun it was to draw or even write down the dream that you had the night before. This came with your children. As a matter of fact, the entire family can join in on this fun activity. Later on, your children can share with one another the dreams that they had. Some shrooms are very exciting and interesting to hear about it. This can also let your children know that you actually care about what they think about and the dreams that they have in the night as well. Having your children try out their dreams can also be fun. They can get creative and draw any creatures or animals that they sign their dream the night before. Overall, the main purpose of this activity is for the entire family to join in and to bond with one another. This is very beneficial for children because it shows that they come from a supportive household where they can trust their parents and where they can involve the parents in fun activities as well.
