Most of the time, we are so focused on what is happening in our daily lives that we forget to teach your children about the importance of remaining connected with the way that they feel inside. Great way to teach your children how to do this is by encouraging them to draw or to write down the way that they are feeling. The more that the dry in the more that they write about how they’re feeling, the more that they will be able to learn about how they can cope with the different emotions that they may be experiencing.
